Responsible Investment Report 2023-24

At Livingbridge, we believe that responsible investment is more than just a commitment— it is how we deliver sustainable future growth for our companies while ensuring they are mindful of their impact on people, society, and the environment. Our third annual Responsible Investment Report outlines our approach to responsible investment and provides an update on the progress we have made in 2023-24 against our objectives.

Key highlights from this year’s report include:

✅ Validation of our Science-based targets (SBTs): Our operational and portfolio SBTs have now been officially validated. This sets our commitment in stone, and this year we have been working hard to ensure we are on track to deliver them.

✅ Launch of the Livingbridge Future Board Leaders Programme: Tackling the low levels of board diversity in private equity-backed companies is a challenge we are taking head-on. The programme is the first of its kind and offers mentorship, strategic insights, and network-building support for senior business executives from underrepresented backgrounds.

✅ Expansion of our Cyber Resilience Programme: With cybercrime posing an increasing threat to businesses of all sizes and sectors, we have developed a structured programme to support our portfolio companies strengthen their cyber security posture and ensure robust response capabilities.
