Lydia George

Lydia joined Livingbridge in 2024 as Head of HR, and is responsible for all people-related matters across the firm.

Prior to joining Livingbridge, Lydia started her career in the Civil Service working in central government departments, including the Cabinet Office and Home Office. After four years, she joined Close Brothers Bank as an HR Business Partner, leading a small team to provide a comprehensive generalist service to the functional divisions.

Lydia graduated from Cardiff University with a degree in History. She is an Associate member of the CIPD following completion of the Level 7 Advanced Diploma and holds an ILM Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring.
