Vernan Richards

Vernan joined Livingbridge in 2019 and is an Investment Director in the new investment team focused primarily on software businesses. He has been invovled with several investments in our current portfolio including TitanHQ, Jungle Creations, Nourish and Visualsoft.

Before joining Livingbridge Vernan spent four years working at Alantra Corporate Finance advising mid-market businesses, and prior to that qualified as a chartered accountant with PwC.

He graduated from Manchester University with a degree in Management, Accounting and Finance.
