LBM (now Concentrix) originated as a provider of outsourced sales and direct marketing services, supplying data and communication services to blue chip corporates. It evolved to offer data services and contact sales solutions and in doing so became a leading provider of digital, data, customer intelligence, technology and multi-channel contact services across the entire customer lifecycle.

LBM was sold to Stream Global Services in 2013. Stream Global Services is a global provider of sales, customer service and technical support services for the Fortune 1000.
